Local Delivery via Speedpost for Online Orders within Singapore:

Free Standard Delivery on orders above S$200. Orders will arrive 3-5 working days to your doorstep from order placement.

Standard Delivery: S$4 (inclusive of GST) for orders S$200 and below. Orders will arrive 3-5 working days to your doorstep from order placement.
- Priority Delivery: S$16 (inclusive of GST) for all orders. Orders will arrive on next working day, if placed before 12pm. This excludes Sundays and public holidays. **Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays).
International Shipments:
- Free international shipments on orders over S$450.
- For orders under S$450, we use our trusted international courier, DHL. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and will be calculated at checkout.
At Drip, we strive to provide fast and efficient delivery. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as delivery issues or peak festive seasons, may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and will work to minimize any delays.
RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is our main priority. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your order, please refer below for detailed information on how we can assist you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us via Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to arrange the return of the item. Once the issue is verified upon receipt, we will send out a replacement within 14 days. To qualify for a replacement, please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.
Exchange and Returns
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product. We kindly ask that you select your earrings thoughtfully, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on this category.
We cover the cost of return shipping only in the following cases:
- The item is defective, with supporting proof.
- The incorrect item was sent to you, verified by receipt.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 days to process your refund or replacement.
